It is the intent of this solicitation to obtain service for Housing Maintenance and repair, by means of a combination Firm Fixed-Price and Indefinite Quantity type service for Marine Corps Family Housing at Belton, Missouri. The contractor shall furnish all management, supervison, personnel, transportation, equipment, labor, tools supplies and quality control to perform all contract requirements stated herein. The award shall be based on the best value to the government, cost /price and other related factors considered. 3. The proposed contract will be for a period of one year with the option to extend for two additional years and eight months 4. This solicitation shall be issued 100% small business set-aside. 5.
