Headquarters, Military Traffic Management Command, Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU) Office is seeking to identify small business concerns currently performing official and leisure travel services for Department of Defense (DoD) installations and sites throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). SIC Code is 4724, and the small business size standard is $1,000,000. Small businesses should submit the following information: (1) Contract Number; (2) Contract Value; (3) Period of Performance (i.e., Base period, Option Year 1, Option Year 2,.etc.); (4) Type of travel service (official and/or leisure); (5) Installation or Site; (6) Contract Office Point of Contact; (7) a positive statement of representation as an 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, or women-owned small business concern; and (8) identify whether performance is as a prime contractor and/or subcontractor. In addition, contractors should provide the following capabilities: (a) Evidence of progressive and responsible government, corporate and/or individual travel services experience to include the following: 1. discussion of experience of key management personnel providing volume travel services; 2. description of present work force and ability to provide adequately trained personnel to perform official and/or leisure travel services; 3. description of capability to provide short notice travel services to respond to wartime, civil and other national emergencies; 4. explanation of capability to rapidly expedite travel during large scale troop movements and during peak periods; and 5. description of capability to provide domestic and international commercial travel services identified in 3. above and (b) Evidence of financial capacity working capital and other technical and management resources to perform without government assistance. Potential small business contractors are also encouraged to respond with the aforementioned capabilities (a) and (b).
