Construction of several multistory synthetic stucco and brick faced barracks and administrative facilities as follows: 1 -- 300 person barracks (3 story, 112,900 sf), 1 large company operations facility (2 story, 10,000 sf), 1 medium company operations facility (2 story, 8,400 sf), and 1 brigade headquarters (2 story, 11,600 sf). Buildings feature non-combustible construction with braced structural steel frames and load bearing steel studs, synthetic roofing tile and EPDM membrane roofing systems, duel-fuel hot water based radiator and fan-coil heating systems, domestic hot and cold water plumbing, lighting, fire and intrusion detection alarm systems, electrical and telecommunications systems improvements. Sitework includes road and sidewalk construction, utilities system improvements, landscaping and irrigation systems. Quantities are approximate. AVAILABILITY: Plans and specs available on or about 9 Dec 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available.
