The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division-SSES (NSWCCD-SSES) is seeking sources to provide environmental engineering and regulatory consulting services, materials and facilities in support of ongoing programs such as Uniform National Discharge Standards (UNDS) and the Investigation of Metals in Collection, Holding and Transfer (CHT) System Wastewater onboard US Navy Ships Programs. These programs require the contractor to have experience with various US Navy shipboard wastewater discharge processes and systems, in applying sampling techniques, EPA protocols and analytical methodologies to the military shipboard environment, and in developing US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) endorsed wastewater effluent guideline policies. Interested companies are requested to provide the following: 1) company literature that is normally available to the public that describes the companies experience and corporate knowledge, 2) a listing of past contracts with the US Government that includes the contracting agency and the contract's statement of work, and 3) a listing of specific deliverables, including summaries of the work accomplished to produce those deliverables, that meet the program experience requirements defined above and have been provided over the last five years under the contracts listed in number 2 above.
