This will include both the CW vacuum envelope and magnetic stack and the pulse vacuum envelope and magnetic stack. A Level III manufacturing data package is not available to be provided as part of a solicitation. Special materials, facilities, and tooling equipment that may be required for repair of the TWT are not available from the Government. A limited amount of special test equipment is available. The only data available from the Government is a top assembly drawing, a performance specification and Acceptance Test Procedures. Firms not previously identified as sources for repair of these TWTs will only be considered whena determination can be made prior to a contract being awarded that the material or services being offered will meet the Government's requirements.
