Turn-around-time must be within 24 hour period after dictation. Reports consist of Discharge Summaries, Operation Reports, Observation Notes, and Compensation and Pension Exams. Equipment must accommodate between 200-300 physicians dictation at any given time, which are rotated frequently. We estimate the line count to be 1-1/2 million to 2 million lines per year.
