R -- ELECTRONIC BILLING PACKAGE SOL RFP-667-07-98 DUE 010398 POC Al Negron, Contracting Officer, 318-424-6062 Contractor shall furnish to the Overton Brooks VAMC, 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101 a software package to process all necessary electronic claims/billings to Third Party Reimbursables, Tri-Care and Civilian Health and Medical Program for the Veterans Administration (CHAMPVA) claims. This system shall be compatible with Medical Care Cost Recovery (MCCR) software, version 2.0 Integrated Billing package and have the capability of generating Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) 1500 and Universal Billing (UB) claims electronically and paper forms. Services shall be provided in compliance with terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and specifications of the solicitation. Services are to be provided for a period of one (1) year from the date of award with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
