Gigon, Contract Specialist, Code 1142K, (301)743-6682, Fax 6547 The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Indian Head Division, Contracts Department intends to issue a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for logistics and engineering technical services in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command. Fleet support is required in the areas of outfitting program assistance, supply and logistics management systems, engineering and logistics support, and analytical and technical support. In order to be considered for award an offeror must be capable of and shall establish, provide and maintain office space, personnel, and equipment required to support the effort within ten (10) miles of NAVSEA, Arlington, VA. The contract type to be issued is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery order contract. Award shall be based on Best Value to the government based on the following factors: 1) Offer Acceptability, 2) Offer Capability (Experience, Personnel, Management Plan, Technical Approach to Sample Task, and Past Performance) and 3) Cost/Price.
