R -- IAQ TOOLS FOR SCHOOLS OUTREACH & TRAINING MODULES POC Clarence Roberts (919) 541-2344 IAQ Tools for Schools Outreach & Training Modules Under Titles IV of the Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has broad authority to provide information, training, education and technical assistance to both the public and private sectors to address Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) problems. In order to accomplish this requirement, EPA intends to negotiate a sole source agreement with Ms. Karen Medsker, located at 4100 Cathedral Avenue, N.W., Suite 619, Washington, DC for the completion of IAQ Tools for Schools Outreach & Training Modules as well as instructors' guides and audiovisual support materials for each module. The sole source agreement will also include pilot testing and appropriate revisions, of the materials developed by Ms. Medsker who has already completed substantial work on the IAQ Tools for Schools Outreach & Training Modules. The Government would like to ensure that the IAQ Tools for Schools Outreach & Training Modules have the same look and approach. EPA anticipates awarding a Small Purchase for this requirement.
