S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AWARD. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract award to the Forum Fisheries Agency in Honiara, Solomon Islands. The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has a special agent assigned in Honiara who requires clerical and communication support in carrying out his duties. The Forum Fisheries Agency is the only source located at this remote location which has capability of providing support for the special agent.
