The solicitation method has been changed to an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Project consists of but is not limited to, renovation of Capehart Family Housing units types 2A, 3, 12, 12G and 12N. A total of 89 units will be renovated under this project. Construction of two playgrounds and 1 tot lot is also included in this project. The acquisition magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Priority of issuance will be to sources identifying themselves as prime contractors.
