The contractor shall use plans and specifications providing building and site demolition, concrete, rough carpentry, wood, framing, drywall, interior finishes, doors and frames, aluminum storefront and glazing, hardware, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting. The estimated cost range is $250,000 to $300,000. The performance period is 180 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation package will be available on or about November 24, 1997, and may be obtained by remitting a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $20.00 per set.
