Hot water tank shall be 42" diameter x 120" length, horizonal storage tank, ASME 125 lb., epoxy lined, required openings with manhole. Tank shall have a copper alloy collar (neck). Temperature range of tank shall be 20 degrees F. to 250 degrees F. shell material shall be SA-455 and head material SA-516-70. Water tank heating coil shall be model number YB-008-36-2, as manufactured by Adamson Global technology Corporation or an approved equal. coil shall have a cast iron head, 1 1/4" -- 16 gauge copper tubes, with brass tube sheet and support. all tank openings shall be threaded. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. this acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
