The test stands will be used for testing fuel nozzles and other fuel components. The nozzle test stand shall consist of the following major components: Test Stand Enclosure and Test Sink, one (1) each, Fuel Supply and control System, one (1) each, Operator console/Instrumentation, one (1) each, Patternator, one (1) each. The tentative closing date for this solicitation is 06 January 1998. The award for this requirement will be made on "Best Value". As of 31 March 1998 all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as a condition of contract award.
