70 -- HARDWARE MAINTENANCE DUE 112897 POC Lynne M. Ware, 618-229-9590 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a purchase order the acquisition of hardware maintenance support for a HP9000/T520 server and associated hardware for DMC-Ogden. The successful contractor shall respond to covered hardware equipment outages 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week, with four (4) hour on-site response. Period of performance for the maintenance is 4 Dec 97 through 30 Sep 98. This requirement is being processed on a full and open basis. Companies who can provide the above listed hardware maintenance must indicate their interest within 8 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-229-9592 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals.
