Changes are specified as follows: Radiometric Accuracy: The spectral radiance for each discrete wavenumber increment shall not vary by more than 10% for a Blackbody Radiator from 100o C to 1000o C. The spectral radiance for each discrete wavenumber increment shall not vary by more than 25% for a Blackbody Radiator from 20o C to 100o C. This accuracy shall be obtained from a single scan across the entire 3.5 to 5.0 m band, at all conditions of this specification, for every compliant detector element.
