Kurylo tel: 202/358-0237 The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) intends to solicit basic research proposals for experimental and theoretical investigations in support of its SAGE III Ozone Loss and Validation Experiment (SOLVE) directed toward providing and conducting airborne experiments aboard the NASA DC-8, balloon-borne experiments on high-altitude balloons and theoretical studies with the data to be obtained from the airborne and balloon-borne experiments. This solicitation is open to all categories of organizations, foreign and domestic. A copy of this solicitation is available from the contact point (reference the solicitation number). This announcement will be open for the period from December 15, 1997 through February 15, 1998 and proposals may be submitted at any time throughout that period. Instructions for submissions can be found in the NRA.
