C -- A/E SERVICES GRAVEYARD DEVELOPMENT SOL RFP 554-24-98 DUE 122397 POC Jack Gregorio 303-393-4690 The VAMC Denver is seeking qualified and interested A/E firms for general contract work for Gravesite Development at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver. The project would develop gravesites on all remaining land, approximately 66 acres, within the existing boundaries of the undeveloped areas of the site. Items may include: roadways, burial sections, columbariums, extension of irrigation to new area, groundwater surveying, landscape plantings and other items deemed necessary for the effective integration of the new area with the existing improvements. At this time the project is for schematics and design development only, the project may include complete Bid Documents, Plans and Specifications for bidding purposes, full construction period services and site visits. All interested and qualified A/E firms within a 125 mile radius of the VAMC Denver are invited to submit SF 254/255 by close of business December 23, 1997. (0325)
