J -- CONTRACTOR OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES (COMS) SUPPLY SUPPORT FOR P-3 TRAINING DEVICES SOL N61339-97-R-0048 DUE 030998 POC Lisa Stensrud, Code 27121, at 407-381-8755 or Fax 407-380-4164 Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) with supply support to be performed on various "P-3 Training Devices" at NAS Whidbey Island, WA, NAS Jacksonville, FL and NAS Brunswick, ME. This procurement will be negotiated technically acceptable low cost acquisition based on full and open competition. This contract will have a two (2) month Mobilization COMS requirement, commencing 1 August 1998 through 30 September 1998. There will be four (4) 12-month COMS requirement options (FY99, FY00, FY01, and FY02), eight (8) months of COMS support (FY03) and a 2 month Transition Option for a total of sixty (60) months of support. It is anticipated that the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) N61339-97-R-0048 will be posted to the INTERNET on or about 15 December 1997.
