Work shall include but is not limited to: Disassemble and overhaul two 200 ton Trane Centravac Water Chillers. Materials and parts shall include replacement fluids, gaskets, minor fasteners, motor bearings, bushings, and any replacement parts required to bring the equipment to the Manufacturer's specified tolerances. Work includes cleaning and non-destructive testing. Provide a control system to start and stop the chillers according to outside air temperature and monitor chilled water supply temperature to start and stop the lag chiller according to load. Performance Period is 80 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order. Quotes will be due on/or about 1/6/98. No Bonds requried. SIC Code is 7623.
