This solicitation is for Mechanical and Elevator Maintenance Services for various federal buildings located in New Jersey and one site located in Staten Island, New York, all serviced by the New Jersey Property Management Center. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The base contract period will be for 60 months with two (2)-60 month options which the Government will have the unilateral right to exercise. The options will be priced and evaluated as part of the overall proposal submitted. A Bid Bond in the amount of 20% of the base year contract price for the initial 60 month period will be required. Instructions for completing these will be included in the supplementary instructions to bidders. This procurement will be evaluated using the Source Selection Procurement process.
