Contractor shall provide professional services as a PHARMACIST for inmates confined at United States Penitentiary, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Contract consists of an estimated 30 sessions per contract year. A session is 8 hours in length. The schedule will consist of providing coverage during the absence of the pharmacist, ie. sick leave, annual leave and training. Sessions will occur between Monday through Friday excluding holidays, beginning at 8:00 a.m. with completion of services by 4:00 p.m. Two weeks advanced prior notice will normally be given for coverage during leave periods, except in the event of sick leave. Contract shall run from approximately January 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. Security investigation/clearance is required.
