INDUSTRY DAY -- C-141 AIRCRAFT TRAFFIC ALERT & COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM MODIFICATION The C-141 System Program Office has a requirement for development and production of 33 ea Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) modification kits for the C-141B Aircraft. The TCAS shall include, as a minimum, a TCAS II (Change 7) Processor and a Mark XII Mode S' Transponder that is TCAS II (Change 7) compatible.
