Dill, (310) 363-0059 Los Angeles Air Force Base is issuing an RFP for Arts and Graphics Services to include, but not limited to: 1. Artistic Expertise (visualization and consultation services) to assist in graphic arts or visual aid development; 2) Design and creation of technical and scientific illustrations, charts, graphic, viewgraphs, diagrams, cartoon illustrations, and other art work for managerial, operational, training, educational, and administrative purposes; 3) Assistance to other Visual Information (VI) functions in developing packaged presentations (i.e. illustrations camera-ready masters and text of title cards for use in VI production or documentation clips; 4) Viewgraphs or transparencies for original artwork and existing masters; 5) Design and production of other graphic products (charts, posters, displays, exhibits, and temporary or interior signs); 6) Graphics self-help area for customer use in graphics and electronic imaging; and 7) 3-Dimensional graphics service which designs and produces plaques, displays, banners, posters, certificates and models for presentation, education and training. Government furnished property and facilities will be provided. Period of performance will begin 01 Apr 98 through 30 Sep 98 with provisions for four (4) options years. Solicitation issue date will be approximately 05 Dec 97. Potential offerors shall be capable of furnishing all personnel, labor, and supervision necessary to perform arts and graphics services at Los Angeles Air Force Base; Area A and Area B, El Segundo, CA.
