The work includes an estimated 250 square meter addition to Building 17005, the existing Reserve Aerial Port Training Fcility. The single story addition will be attached to and match the existing building with reinforced concrete foundation, cmu exterior walls and steel framed roof. Supporting facilities include additional parking stalls, AC driveway, concrete sidewalks, trash dumpster and recycling enclosures, and courtyard. Additional work includes utility connections, site grading and demolition of minor structures, radon gas mitigation system, relocate Government furnished AC unit, and drilling probe holes to determine subsurface cavities.
