This project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the construction of a 5,200+/- square foot single story Housing Maintenance Facility. The exterior of building shall be split face block walls with a shingle roof. Interior partition walls shall be concrete masonry units and gypsum board on metal studs. All interior and exterior finishes are required. Site work shall include tree removal, clearing and grubbing, construction of a bituminous roadway and parking area with adjacent stone lot, stormwater management pond, and extension of all utilities to the facility. Work also includes new electrical service, new heating, ventilating and air conditioning system, and plumbing work. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1541. The contract performance period is 220 calendar days. All responsible offerors will be considered by the agency. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
