Furnish all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation required to Repair the Sanitary Sewer System at Columbus AFB MS in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings for Project No. EEPZ 97-2014. This contract involves highly technical sewer rehabilitation requiring experience, expertise, equipment, and the ability to do large areas of work with little or no interruption in sewer services. The main type of sewer repair will be cured in place pipe (CIPP). This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a performance period of a 12 month basic year with two (2) 12 month option years to be executed at the Government's option. The guaranteed minimum is $75,000.00 for the life of the contract and the proposed maximum is $5,000,000.00 over the life of the contract. The SIC code shall be 1623. This action is being issued UNRESTRICTED. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after bid opening, with no obligation to the bidder by the Government. This acquisition is issued under the small business competitive demonstration program and is open to small and large business concerns.
