Issue Station, including replacing two existing underground 6" (150) fiberglass reinforced jet fuel pipes, running from an existing valve pit to the jet fuel issue island; providing a new drainline from this valve pit to the existing oil and water separator inlet piping; replacing both existing control valves with new surge control/pressure reducing/deadman emergency shutt-off valves; adding a "Scully" or equal truck grounding system with overfill protection for both sides of the issue station; replacing both fuel meters with non-temperature compensation style meters; and adding five electric truck heater lines to existing heater station in parking area. This construction is located at the 910 Airlift Wing (AFRC), Youngstown Air Reserve Station, 3976 King Graves Rd, Vienna OH 44473-0910. Dollar Magnitude: Between $100,000 -- $250,000.
