The Defense Reutilization & Marketing Service (DRMS) is considering contracting for the INCLUSIVE services for dismantling (ship cutting) of ships, the disposal and/or abatement of hazardous material/waste contained in/on the ships and the recovery and transporation of useable scrap. This notice for sources sought is to assist in determining if such inclusive services are currently being provided in the market place. At this time, DRMS is requesting company promotional information relative to providing the services listed above. Please provide as detailed a response as possible. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. DRMS will NOT pay for any information provided as a result of this notice. It is further advised that no proprietary data should be forwarded as DRMS may utilize the information submitted as provided, or revised, in the establishment of a statement of work.
