This includes, but is not limited to routine daily pickup with 24 hour turn around for reporting results and a computer terminal at each facility in order that final reports can be printed directly to each VA Laboratory Service. Requirements estimates, include but are not limited to different types of tests including HEPATITIS C Riba, Anca profile, Lyme Western blot, H.Pylori.IGG.Elisa, Anti-cardiolipin,Trazodone serum,Legionella antibody test, Measles Titer, Toxplasma Gondi ABS IGG, Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Antibodies, Viral culture-general, Gyn-Pap Cytology 2-slide, Respiratory infection profile A-B etc. Contract is for one year with four one year options for renewal. The Contractors laboratory must meet requirements of College of American Pathologist, JCAHO and any state regulations. A limited number of bid packages will be available on or about 12/12/97 and will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. Bid opening date is on or about January 14, 1998 at 3:00 PM. Requests for bid documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Fax and Telephone requests will not be accepted.
