Clearing of debris, fallen trees, etc. will be required. Removal and disposal of septic tank and lateral lines will be required. Plugging an abandoned groundwater well will be required. Disposal of approximately 13,000 cubic yards of soil will also be required. Estimated cost range of this project is $250,000 to $500,000.
