TRAINING CENTER OBJECTIVE INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM (NTC-OIS) will be held
on 18 December, 1997 in Orlando Florida at the Simulation, Training and
Instrumentation Command (STRICOM). Topics to be discussed will include:
acquisition strategies, program milestones/funding, responses to
industry white papers and preliminary technical and contractual issues.
The briefing will be unclassified and will start at 0800 and run

planning to attend. Attendees are limited to five personnel per
company. All foreign visitors (Military or Commercial Companies) must
submit a visit request to the NAWCTSD Security Division Head, Code 74,

parking lot, or any unmarked parking space. The NTC-OIS Industry Day
will be held in the "high-bay" area in the DeFlorez Building. A map to
the DeFlorez Building and STRICOM can be found on the STRICOM
Homepage. Enter the building at the main entrance and proceed to the
check-in table in front of the Security Office. The high bay" area is
located on the first floor. An escort will be provided to escort you to
