Fegal, Contracting Officer, (407)380-4372 An Industry Day for the NATIONAL TRAINING CENTER OBJECTIVE INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM (NTC-OIS) will be held on 18 December, 1997 in Orlando Florida at the Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM). Topics to be discussed will include: acquisition strategies, program milestones/funding, responses to industry white papers and preliminary technical and contractual issues.
