The period of performance shall be for a 10 month period covering 01 December 1997 thru 30 September 1998. The software is located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448. The Government requires this software maintenance to support various critical division programs. This software is proprietary to Computervision Services as they are the developed, designer and manufacturer and the only source to provide the maintenance as requested. The operating system for the Government testing and developing programs was specifically designed to run on this software. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources shall provide their software maintenance agreement with their fax quote which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448.
