shall include, in order of importance: (1) Previous experience in the
design and development of plans, specifications and cost estimates of
all trades for the design of handicapped accessibility modifications to
existing structures; (2) specialized experience and use of qualified
personnel in the design of handicapped accessibility ramps, low
pressure doors and restroom facilities in accordance with the American
Disabilities Act (ADA); (3) organization and management including
training, education and professional background; (4) past performance
on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of
cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance
schedules; (5) directly applicable disciplines including experience of
key personnel; (6) familiarity with the local area; (7) location in
the general geographic area of the project, provided that the
application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of firms
given the nature and size of this project; (8) capability to accomplish
the design within a 2 month period. This action is 100% set-aside for
small businesses. The applicable standard industrialization
classification code is 8712 and the applicable size standard is $2.5
million. Interested qualified sources which meet the requirements
described in this announcement are invited to submit a Standard Form
254 Architect-Engineer and Related Questionnaire and a Standard Form
255 Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific
Project (for the prime and each consultant), postmarked or delivered
within 30 days from the date of this announcement. Be sure to indicate
in block 4 of the SF 254 the size/type of your business. Inquiries
regarding status of this selection during the next 90 days are
