P-1 and N-26 for the Navy Public Works Center, Naval Base, Norfolk, VA. Materials include 3100 feet of 24 strand tub 62.5/125 Micron Fiber Optic cable and 9300 feet of 1" innerduct. Labor includes placing of fiber optic cable and innerduct, rodding of conduit and testing fiber before and after placing. (0329)
