Award will be made on a sole source basis to Blue Mountain Systems, 45850 Cabin Branch Road, Sterling, VA 20164. This is a firm fixed price requirement for maintenance support for the Sygnetron Software access control system. The period of performance shall be October 1, 1997 through January 31, 1998, with (1) option for an additional four months. No Solicitation is available. A technical and cost proposal is required from any offeror familiar with the system and is due by 1:00 P.M., December 2, 1997.
