Concerns having the ability to furnish the following services are requested to give written notification, including a telephone number for a POC to the acquisition office listed in this notice within 15 calendar days from the date of synopsis. The United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is an agency within the Department of Interior. Maximo, a Project Software and Development, Inc. (PSDI) version 2.1.1 product, was purchased by Reclamation in May, 1995. After significant modifications to the SQL triggers, windows, database tables, bar-code, and the creation of custom "C" code and Powerbuilder PBLs, the Maximo product was integrated with the Reclamation time and attendance system, the Reclamation warehousing system, and the GSA procurement system to create the computer system Reclamation Enterprise Maintenance Management System (REMMS). REMMS exists on nineteen HP mini-computers at Reclamation regional and area offices across the western United States. The scope of this work includes technicalsupport services for software and product enhancements, functional support as it effects the technical aspects of Maximo, assistance with product upgrade, repair of latent defects, field user phone support, and consulting services. All services can generally be provided remotely, although specials circumstances may call for on site support. Both the base Maximo v. 2.1.1 product and its customized code are included under this requirement. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond shall provide detailed data concerning their capabilities and may request to receive a copy of the solicitation when and if it becomes available. (0329)
