The 45th Space Wing is analyzing the possible conversion of the government-operated housing management services function in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. Release of the solicitation is anticipated in early 1998. A fixed-price contract is contemplated with a one-year basic period plus three option years. Security clearances are not required. The applicable SIC code and size standard are 8744/$5M. Firms responding to this synopsis must provide evidence of experience in the form of an outline of previous projects for specific relevant work completed or currently being performed including contract numbers, description of the work, points of contact and phone numbers; professional qualifications and specific experience of personnel identified to perform the work; and any other pertinent information which would enable the government to assess capabilities. Conflict of interest rulesmay apply which would prohibit participation in related acquisitions. Responses to this announcement are due no later than close of business on 29 Dec 97.
