The successful contractor will provide services including, but not limited to conducting engineering studies of systems/equipment; accomplishing modernization and repair work package integration planning; development and management of automated Life Cycle Maintenance Plans (LCMP); investigating and recommending corrective actions for personnel heat stress related problems; coordinating and planning execution of depot level repairs; and evaluating new diagnostic and performance monitoring techniques. Contract type will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, cost plus fixed fee type. The subject solicitation is for an estimated 120,000 man hours per year for a base year and four twelve-month option periods. This procurement is unrestricted.
