L-TECHNICAL AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT FOR TH6B HELICOPTERS The Naval Air Systems Command has a continuing requirement for services and supplies for TH6B (MD369H variant) helicopters. Specifically, the Naval Air Systems Command will issue a three year basic ordering agreement to Boeing, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems on October 1, 1998. The basic ordering agreement will facilitate delivery orders for technical liaison services, new helicopter parts, helicopter component overhaul, technical publications, specialized support equipment, and maintenance training. This will be a sole source procurement as provided by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Boeing, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems is the original equipment manufacturer and is therefore the only responsible source possessing the technical capability, technical data, and requisite knowledge of this helicopter type.
