Notice of Intent to Award a contract to The Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area to obtain technical and analytical support for the conduct of occupational analysis and surveys at Army Research Institute (ARI). The Contractor shall provide support which includes: (1) provide appropriately trained senior undergraduate and graduate students for work on ARI occupational analysis and survey studies (2) provide faculty to supervise these graduate students and to perform advanced occupational analysis and survey studies (3) match faculty expertise to designated technical analysis and study needs within ARI (4) provide space (to include, when applicable, laboratory space) for conducting occupational analysis and survey studies required by the ARI program (5) provide a pool of subjects for technical studies where this is deemed necessary and mutually agreeable. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A solicitation document does not exist.
