proposals to lease an existing building, space to be modified, or a
building to be constructed for the Cardville/Olamon, ME Main Post
Office in Cardville, ME. The preferred area is on the Cardville Road
within 2 miles of the existing Cardville Post Office. The space
requirements are: 2,500 sf Net Interior Space; 18,925 sf Driveway,
Parking & Maneuvering; 612 sf Platform; and 41,300 sf Minimum Site
Size. The term is for 20 years with two 5-year renewal options.
Proposals will be received through January 16, 1998, and must be
submitted by principals only, on specified forms and in accordance with
the official advertisement for space. Solicitation packages may be
purchased by sending a non-refundable cashiers's check made payable to
"USPS Disbursing Officer" in the amount of $25.00 to: Terry Brooks,
