Pease Hall is a three story dormitory that has 108 residence rooms. The renovation includes the demolition of building materials down to the building structure. This includes the removal of all asbestos including asbestos wall panels, bathroom fixtures, electrical fixtures and associated wiring and panels, fan coil units and associated piping and all interior finishes. There is no lead removal involved in this project. New work will include gypsum board walls, new lockers, bathroom fixtures, fan coil units, lighting and electrical wiring, interior finishes and exterior fire stairs on both ends of the facility. The performance period is 365 calendar days. This action is being considered for full and open competition. SIC code is 1522.
