A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 3679 and the size standard is 500 employees or less. Delivery is required 90 days after receipt of Government Furnished Material, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. Inspection and acceptance of the repaired unit(s) shall be performed by a representative of DCMC at source, prior to shipment. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
