This project is for the demolition, removal and disposal of the existing decommissioned ATCT at Lindbergh Field Airport, San Diego, CA. Removal of associated utility lines will also be required. Demolition activities are to be accomplished without the use of a wrecking ball or explosive devices due to the possibility of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) which may be generated. Other required work includes removal of existing concrete foundation and backfill/recompact to grade, as well as remove and dispose all existing trees and vegetation on site. The SIC Code for this action is 1795. The estimated dollar range is between $100K to $400K. Solicitation packages will be provided to the first 15 sources responding to this announcement.
