The contractor shall provide comprehensive medevac transport services to IHS beneficiaries within the State of Alaska. The contractor shall provide all equipment and personnel necessary for succesful performance of this service. The period of performance will be a base contract year with option to extend for two additional option years. The contractor shall provide ground and air transportation from patient origin to patient destination, The solicitation specifications will contain the minimum criteria. This requirement is a total set-aside under the Buy Indian Act for Indian owned and operated firms. The solicitation will be issued o/a 12/08/97 and proposals are due 1/6/98.
