The U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency (ACDA) has a need for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract for administrative support for planning, coordinating, and conducting meetings. The support is required for ACDA-sponsored discussion, analysis, and review of the complete range of arms control and nonproliferation issues of interest to ACDA for the purpose of arms control and disarmament policy information. The estimated performance period of the proposed contract will be for one base year and four additional one year option periods which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government offerors must have current DOD facility and personnel clearances and safeguarding capability at the SECRET level of security classification. All requests for RFP 98-03 must be in writing. Telephone requests will not be accepted. ACDA anticipates RFP 98-03 will be issued on or about January 30, 1998.
