For the twelve months following award, the contractor shall provide news clippings (chipped from publications and containing all graphics and photographs) from same day newspapers and major business publications throughout the United States. The clippings shall be customized to select articles of interest (there are 19 key words and/or phrases, at present) and delivered by facsimile by 9:30a.m. EASTERN TIME each workday. Services are not required on weekends or Federal holidays. Fifty-nine (59) publications across the United States are required to be monitored. (0329)
