The contractor will serve as a single point of contact for employees and their dependents to call for help with work or life issues affecting individual and organizational performance, such as: mental health, addiction disorders, personal consultation, career planning and assessment, elder care referrals and consultation, child care referrals, parenting consultaion, school information and referral, legal assistance, financial consultaion, and convenience services. The contractor will provide services to approximately 1500 employees of NSWCCD-P and their dependents from 01 January 1998 through 30 September 1998.
