Smith 202-501-2971 The General Services Administration, Office of Planning and Information Architecture (IP) is seeking vendors to perform Graphic Design Services. The Office of Planning and Information Architecture is located at 1800 F Street, NW, Washington, DC 20405, Room 3221. These services will be contracted under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.106). This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside (FAR 52.219.6). The contractor will asked to provide the following services: design and produce logos; design and typeset two color or black and white brochures, and booklets of either 6x9" or 8 x 11" sizes; design 8 x 11" on color or black only flyers; produce camera-ready art; design and produce "two color" kit folders with pockets and rolodex card inserts. The Sic Code is 7336. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be evaluated on a low cost, technically acceptable basis that includes past performance, experience, price, and other factors. A technical proposal will be required. The awardees will be selected and ranked according to high scores in the technical range. Firms will then be contacted to perform services under the BPA on a rotational basis. The rotation will be based on ranking in the technical range. The program office will only contact selected awardees on a per job basis. The anticipated period of performance for this BPA will be from date of award to September 30, 1998. The reference number for this RFQ is: RFQ-CAFP-VPS-98-0015. Firms requesting a solicitation package must state the reference number. The closing date for requesting packages and quotations are 2:30 p.m. E.S.T., December 18, 1997, (FAR 13.106-2). Quotations received after the closing date will not be considered by the government.
